7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

7.1 Shipping

We ship products from a shipping facility in NY. We are a Canadian based company. Shipping fees are preset at checkout and may vary based on destination, shipping method, and order size.

7.2 Delivery times

Any delivery dates or timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

7.3 Risk of loss

Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss and title for products pass to you when we deliver the products to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

7.4 Failed deliveries

If a delivery is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may:

  • Contact you to arrange reshipment (which may incur additional shipping fees); or
  • Cancel the order and refund the product price, less any shipping costs, where permitted by law.

7.5 International Shipping (Outside of USA)

 

International Shipping (Personal Use Only)

We ship international orders from the United States on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis and for personal use only.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, and inspections imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient. Such fees are typically collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.

Customs regulations vary by country, and clearance is determined solely by local authorities. As a result, delivery timelines may vary, and we cannot guarantee that international shipments will successfully clear customs.

If an international order is delayed, refused, returned, or seized by customs, we are not responsible for any resulting loss, shipping costs, duties, or fees. Where applicable and required by law, refunds may be issued for the product cost only, excluding shipping and handling, once the item is returned to us in sellable condition.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you are importing the product for personal use and accept responsibility for complying with your local regulations.
